We had a great Thanksgiving week. Emma and I spent the week with my family and Patrick joined us on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we drove to Ashbrook where we have a family hunting camp and enjoyed spending time with Nana, PawPaw, Vick, Rob, Alexis, and Sadie. Nana cooked a big Thanksgiving lunch with turkey, sweet potatoes, dressing, broccoli, carrot souffle, and homemade rolls. Thanksgiving evening we celebrated Nana's birthday with a pumpkin cake. The guys hunted every morning and afternoon and the girls spent lots of time outside at the camp playground. The weather was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the new camp.
Thanks Mom and Dad for making this Thanksgiving holiday a special one. We look forward to spending more time together at Ashbrook.
