Christmas in Bastrop

This year we spent Christmas in Bastrop. It was so much fun seeing all of my cousins at the Green Christmas Eve gathering. This year we started a new tradition of retelling and acting out the Christmas story. The kids were excited about dressing up and retelling the story. PawPaw, Uncle Johnny and Sissy participated as well and put on a great show! LuLu was the star!
Christmas Day was spent opening presents and celebrating with lots of yummy food. The weather forced us all to stay inside and relax! Santa brought the girls and boys lots of toys which helped to keep them entertained all day! The following day we left for Ashbrook with PawPaw and Nana. The guys hunted and we continued to relax!! We had a wonderful holiday celebrating the birth of Baby Jesus! After a week of going to parties for Baby Jesus, Emma was exhausted and ready to go home to her house!

Santa came and left lots of toys under the tree for Emma, Gordon, Sadie, and Ben.

Emma got a purple plasma car, blocks, books, play dough, and some bath toys. Santa brought Gordon a truck and a Lil Racers toy. And we can't forget the swing set....

Nana and PawPaw gave the girls Rodies.
